I liked staying in this beautiful and wonderful hotel based in a historic building. The location was great and stunning as for me, very close to lovely gardens, close to town centre and amenities, shops and restaurants and town centre and amenities. Plus, I could reach St James's Park not too far from the venue.

Great stay with friends! We enjoyed our time here, especially the hearty breakfasts and spacious rooms. We visited Moray Golf Club and had fun exploring the area. Lyn and Lee were so helpful, giving us tips. Don't miss the local distilleries. They're a short drive away!
The only downside was the heavy rain during our walk from the train station, but it cleared up quickly once we arrived. I suggest bringing an umbrella just in case!

The King Room with Garden View was spacious with a comfortable bed that gave the feeling of a cloud after a long day. The quietness in the room was a pleasant surprise, especially given its proximity to a main road, awesome for a peaceful sleep.
The only hitch was the limited parking-only accommodating about 3-4 vehicles, which could be a hassle during busier periods. While the heavy duvet would be great in colder weather, it felt a bit stifling for warmer nights. Plus, the tea maker was somewhat complicated to use.

Lyn and Lee were fabulous hosts and made me feel so welcome. The room was more spacious than I expected with a private bath! I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden area among the flowers and enjoyed sipping my morning coffee outside. The only thing I wished for was sunnier weather on my walk from the train station, but it didn’t dampen my stay at all! ☕
